Due to the collectible and blind-box nature of WEEPY products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By placing an order with WEEPY, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms in full:

NO RETURNS / NO EXCHANGES / NO REFUNDS

All WEEPY Blind Box items are sold as final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Duplicate items
  • Personal preference
  • Collector dissatisfaction
  • Opened or unopened packaging

Blind box items are randomized by design. Receiving duplicates or an undesired character is not considered a defect and is not grounds for a refund, exchange, or chargeback.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives physically damaged due to shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

If approved, we may offer a replacement at our sole discretion, subject to inventory availability. No refunds will be issued for shipping damage.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier and marked as delivered, WEEPY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier. We strongly recommend using secure delivery locations.

PREORDERS

All preorder sales are final and non-refundable. Estimated ship dates are subject to change due to production, customs, and fulfillment timelines. By purchasing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By completing your purchase, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute for any reason covered under this policy. Unauthorized chargebacks will be:

  • Disputed with evidence of this policy and proof of delivery
  • Subject to permanent account restrictions
  • May result in being banned from future purchases

Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to your payment provider.

COLOR & PHOTO DISCLAIMER

Product images are for display purposes only. Actual colors, finishes, and details may vary slightly due to production runs, lighting, and screen settings. These variations do not qualify as defects.

By placing an order on the WEEPY website, you confirm that:

  • You have read and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy
  • You understand that all blind box items are final sale
  • You waive all rights to refunds, returns, and chargebacks under these terms
