SHIPPING POLICY
By placing an order with weepyworld.com WEEPY WORLD LLC (“WEEPY” or "WEEPY WORLD"), you acknowledge and agree to the following shipping terms:
PROCESSING TIMES
All orders require standard processing time before shipment. Processing estimates may vary based on order volume, product launches, holidays, and preorder schedules. Processing time does not include transit time. Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once an order has been shipped, transit times are determined solely by the carrier. WEEPY WORLD is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or logistical factors outside our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. WEEPY WORLD is not liable for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to address issues, additional shipping fees will be required to reship the order.
LOST, STOLEN & MISDELIVERED PACKAGES
Once a package is scanned as Delivered by the carrier, WEEPY WORLD no longer holds responsibility for its location. Any issues related to theft, misdelivery, or missing packages must be handled directly with the carrier. We highly recommend choosing a secure delivery location.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, taxes, or handling charges imposed by their country. WEEPY WORLD is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for packages held, returned, or destroyed by customs. All international shipping fees are non-refundable.
PREORDERS & SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Preorder items ship according to their estimated timelines, which may change due to manufacturing, customs or transit delays. If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, they may ship separately at WEEPY WORLD's discretion.
UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable for any reason—including incorrect address, refusal, failure to pay customs fees, or inability to receive delivery—additional shipping charges will be required to resend it. No refunds will be issued for returned or unclaimed packages.
