EU & UK RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers in the European Union (EU) and United Kingdom (UK) have a statutory right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

For orders delivered in multiple shipments, the withdrawal period generally begins when the final item is received.

This right applies notwithstanding our general All Sales Final policy.

HOW TO REQUEST A WITHDRAWAL

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit a request through our Withdrawal Form or contact us at info@weepyworld.com with your name, order number, email address, and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

You must communicate your decision before the applicable withdrawal period expires.

You will receive confirmation of your electronic withdrawal submission by email. Additional return instructions will be provided separately.

RETURN SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning eligible items to WEEPY WORLD in the United States, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of shipment, as customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are sent back.

For international returns, please ensure all customs documentation is completed accurately. We recommend arranging return shipments on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, where available, to help prevent unexpected customs charges or clearance delays.

Please contact us for return instructions before shipping. Items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

PRODUCT CONDITION & DIMINISHED VALUE

WEEPY WORLD products are collectible blind-box plush charms presented in specially designed retail packaging.

Customers may inspect their purchases to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Customers may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose, as permitted by applicable law.

Any applicable deduction will be assessed individually based on the actual reduction in value. Opening the packaging does not automatically eliminate the right of withdrawal.

REFUNDS

Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, subject to our legal right to withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds include the purchase price and applicable standard outbound delivery charges, as required by law. Additional charges for premium or expedited delivery options are not refundable to the extent permitted by law.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Our general All Sales Final policy continues to apply to purchases that are not subject to statutory withdrawal rights.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged, or nonconforming goods.
