These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of weepyworld.com (the "Site"), operated by WEEPY WORLD LLC ("WEEPY WORLD," "WEEPY," "we," "our," or "us").

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce infrastructure used to operate our Services.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the applicable policies referenced herein, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

1. USE OF THE SITE

Our products are intended for individuals ages 15 and older. Purchases must be made by individuals who have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction or by a parent or legal guardian acting on their behalf.

By using the Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to maintain the security of any account credentials associated with your purchases.

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive activities.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION & LIMITATIONS

WEEPY WORLD creates limited-edition collectible plush charms and randomized blind-box products.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that:

• Blind-box products are randomized. Specific characters cannot be requested or guaranteed unless expressly stated.

• Duplicate characters and receiving an undesired character are inherent possibilities of randomized purchases and are not considered product defects.

• Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in stitching, seams, stuffing, shape, symmetry, fur texture or direction, feature placement, color, and finish may occur.

• Certain components are individually molded, finished, and hand-assembled, resulting in natural manufacturing variations.

• Product colors, materials, and details may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing tolerances.

• Our products are intended for ages 15 and older, are marketed as collectibles rather than children's toys, and may contain small parts.

Minor cosmetic variations are generally not considered defects unless they materially affect the product or fail to meet applicable legal standards.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, and inventory information. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products at any time, subject to applicable obligations for existing orders.

3. ORDERS, PRICING & PAYMENTS

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Product prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated. Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other fees will be disclosed during checkout as required by law.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to acceptance, payment authorization, and inventory availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders reasonably suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, any refund legally owed will be issued in accordance with applicable law.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delays may occur due to production, freight, customs, shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer-provided addresses to the extent permitted by applicable law.

For packages marked delivered but reported missing, we may request additional information or assistance with a carrier investigation.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery to the customer or an authorized recipient, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights concerning delivery, loss, damage, or delayed fulfillment.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the collectible and randomized nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, EXCEPT WHERE OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

We do not offer discretionary returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for:

• Change of mind or personal preference.

• Duplicate or undesired blind-box characters.

• Collector dissatisfaction.

• Minor cosmetic or manufacturing variations.

• Opened or unopened packaging.

If an item arrives significantly damaged or defective, please contact info@weepyworld.com within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photographs of the issue, so we can review your claim promptly.

This requested reporting period does not limit any statutory consumer rights or remedies.

For claims outside applicable statutory remedies, approved replacements are offered at our discretion and are subject to inventory availability. The same randomized character cannot always be guaranteed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory rights concerning defective, damaged, or nonconforming products.

6. EU & UK RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom may have a statutory right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

These rights apply regardless of our general All Sales Final policy.

7. PREORDERS

All preorders are final sale and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

By purchasing a preorder, you acknowledge that:

• Products may not be immediately available for shipment.

• Estimated shipping and delivery timelines may change.

• Production, freight, customs, carrier, or fulfillment delays may occur.

• Updated fulfillment estimates may be communicated when appropriate.

Estimated timelines do not override applicable statutory requirements concerning delivery, cancellation, refunds, or withdrawal rights.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original artwork, characters, illustrations, photographs, product designs, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and other proprietary content displayed on the Site are owned by or licensed to WEEPY WORLD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product does not grant ownership of or licensing rights to any underlying intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, commercially exploit, or otherwise use our protected content without prior written authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

This provision does not apply to claims arising from WEEPY WORLD's own unlawful conduct or negligence and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, disputes arising from these Terms shall be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California.

For consumers residing outside the United States, nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings in courts available to you under applicable law.

17. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Site where reasonably necessary due to violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, or security concerns.

Termination does not eliminate obligations or rights arising from completed purchases or otherwise required by applicable law.
